Hi everyone,

It has come to my attention that I messed up with the Summer Discovery Dig notification banner at the top of the screen. As I posted here, the end time is meant to be tonight at 23:59 server time (i.e. just about 12 hours from now). However, the banner up top says July 14 implying that it ends Monday night at 23:59 server time (the Spring event banner said March 2 and the event ended on March 2 at 23:59 ST).

I’m really sorry for the confusion, and I understand that at this point, a decision eiither way is going to leave some people upset. However, because of the very real possibility that a number of you have budgeted this day into your plans for getting what you want from the Underground Marketplace, we have decided to officially extend the event until the time described in the banner. If you were planning on the event ending tonight and are tired of the event / are looking forward for it to be over, I encourage you to simply not play on this new last day and enjoy your rest. I’m apologize to those of you who had to struggle to get everything squared away a day earlier than it turns out you needed to, but I think extending it by a day is the “least bad” option.

EDIT: The Word of the Day challenge will not be extended.

I must say I was one of those people who saw the 14 on the banner and was really started to see the end time was actually tonight. So thanks for fixing this. <3

Thank you!! I had double checked the ending time this morning and was sad to see that it had been scheduled to end at midnight - this is a great bit of news, especially since I’ve been having a few moments of server issues and weather related internet outages the past few days.

I reappeared only a few days ago and I’ve been furiously trying to get enough Shinies for some Geodes - having the extra day is certainly a sigh of relief from me! ^^;

Wow I never even realized the banner was wrong,shows how observant I am. No complaints from me, though, I’ll be sort of busy tomorrow but for the time I do have I’m sure I can snag a few more geodes/items. Thanks Glitch!
