Purchases on Mycena Cave are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase, and
- Your account is in good standing and has not been closed for an infraction of our rules at the time of your request, and
- Your purchase has not resulted in work being performed for you (e.g. gem purchases are eligible, validated custom orders are not), and
- You have not interacted with your purchase in any way (e.g. or putting gems into a trade and then removing them again, constitute interaction), and
- If your purchase was delivered to another player's account (e.g. a paw-print purchase) then both the buyer and the receiver must be in agreement.
