Ravenna and Olivia

Olivia had her life all set out in front of her: law school, a successful career, her own firm, a husband her parents would vet for her. It wasn’t her own plan, not exactly (at all), but it was a solid future and she knew it was something…worth. Striving for. Then the vampire came, and it all crumbled before her.

Ravenna had her own path all planed out: a future she could be proud of. Medical school, an internship, doctor in a hospital she could do some real good at from, and a loving family always behind her. There her heritage woke within her, and her dreams wobbled before her.

At another time, in another place, these twists of fate might have spelled the end for both of them – but instead BOOST was there to catch them; help them; lift them. Instead BOOST was there to introduce them, and together they stepped forwards, embracing the cards dealt them.

Olivia did not become a lawyer. Olivia listened to Ravenna and followed her dreams and became the city’s star cop, making her mark outside the courtroom. Ravenna did not become a monster. Ravenna flew high and bright and became a leading doctor; the one her coworkers turned to; supported always by Olivia. And together, within BOOST, they became guardians and caretakers and mothers, nurturing all who needed them…
