So, uh, it took an embarrassingly long time for me to realize that the numbers in parenthesis next to each ingredient represent how many I have, not how many I need… (I’ve been staying away from making the highest potions because I thought I needed 10+ ingredients to make them! Whoops.)

Seeing which items other people are complaining about too much of, kind of wish there was like an ‘ingredient exchange’ option where you could swap ingredients. Or at least trade them to Jessamyn for something else. Like, I wish I had deepcave water and glowing flowers right now. xD I mostly get mushrooms and rubble.

Or at least trade them to Jessamyn for something else.Umbra You sort-of can: at the end of the event, any unused ingredients will turn into one cork each, so none end up being wasted :)

That’s true! I realize that. But right now it feels like I’m hoarding junk. Have to keep reminding myself that all this junk is still worth something even if I never get it into a potion. Is it one cork per spare ingredient by the way? Or will we just have to wait to find out about that?

help I am having a very confusing time right now The event ends right before rollover (23:59) on the 27th. When I check the server time (“Mycena time”) on the main page (mycenacave.com), it tells me there’s still a day left: But when I check the server time from the Spell Sling page, it tells me there’s only a few hours left Now, I know that my brain has a really impossible time wrapping my head around the international date line, and working out the time differences between y’all in the states and me here in New Zealand. But this is confusing and I don’t trust myself to be able to work it out. And I also don’t know “which” time zone the event is going to use to determine when it ends. (I’m also at work right now and being sneaky to participate in the event <.< It’s much easier to discreetly gather ingredients, but much harder to send stuff, so I want to know if I need to hide in the bathroom right before rollover today OR tomorrow lol)

Jacq Man now you’ve got me sort of worried, because I’m in the states and it’s the evening of the 26th here and I’m about to head to bed and I thought I had tomorrow to make and send out a last batch of potions. However, if it does help, when I look at my pages (including the Spell Sling page), they all say that it’s the 26th for me. I’m not sure what’s going on on your end, but I really think it’s tomorrow evening that it’s supposed to end, since that’s the 27th in terms of the states and all. @.@ Edit: Ninja’d by Crow, heh. I guess that makes me feel better about sleeping now, too. XD

Crow I’m still not sure what’s up with the clocks? Maybe it’s something to do with the way the countdown timer works? (checks the internal clock rather than talking to some serve? Which might mess up the server time?? I don’t even know if that makes sense lol) Dracogryph

Wheeee that was so much fun!!! Thanks to everyone who sent me potions, I tried to send as many back as I could but couldn’t make as much as I needed!!! They all made me smile tho!! Special shoutout to everyone who sent to 2spoopy4u (I think he’s so popular cause his name starts with 2), it was also fun getting stuff from my past event partners, bonding furthur with old friends, and having a random convo about gui fieri with Gabriel (petition to make the spatula item wearable on kelph!!!) I loved peeking at people’s pets, all the event items are so fun, and I enjoyed the event as a whole!!!

HaileyM Each cork does convert to one ticket, with a maximum of 14 tickets per player. :) It’s definitely best to spend them if you can, though - that way, you definitely get something out of them instead of risking it on a raffle!

Leftover Cork Raffle Any left-over corks were considered one ticket each (to a maximum of 14 tickets per player) into a raffle for some more event prizes (10 Potion of Stars, 15 Potion of Diamonds). And the results are:
