Excepting the fact that both the Forum and the notification seem to be having some issues right now… Feel free to get started on the Winter Holiday Fun Book pages, and we’ll let you know when you can post in the Event forum!

o3o This will be the most adorably spent 2$ at the print shop up the street. X3 (We’re out of ink, so can’t print them to do at home. v.v) #3 looks SO fun, it makes me SUPER bummed I have less than 0 art skill, though. XD I can’t wait to see all the funny results of that! *bounces* Crosswords and Word Finds! ^3^ I can’t wait to get these printed out and start on themmmmm. <3 (And immense apologies in advance for my inevitably TERRIBLE attempt at Page 12. XD It’s going to be SO BAD. But hopefully my trusty box of crayons makes up for it on Page 6 for cuteness. XD)

Kind of ironic that I consider writing my strong suit, yet I feel my writing skills (or more like, my confidence in sharing any of my work) and knowledge of Mycena Cave canon to be lacking too severely to participate in the majority of the pages offered. :/ And it’s kind of silly to just do a couple of the easiest pages. I guess I’ll be sitting this one out. Dumb anxiety. Best of luck to those who do participate. *retreats back to solitude*

Well, well, looks like someone‘s made a bit of a mess of things… The image and word document files for the Sudoku were missing two numbers, which meant the difficulty level went up quite a bit and the sudoku had two solutions. These files have been updated. If you already sent your Sudoku in and you sent in the previously correct solution that is now (with the addition of the two numbers) no longer correct, you will still be given completion credits. If you already sent your Sudoku in and your solution was wrong, you may send in another attempt. If this is the case, you will be notified somewhere today. In other, more important news: The forum is now no longer locked! This means you can start participating in Page 1 and Page 3, and you can post your entries for Page 5, 6, 8, 11 and 12!

General notice! Please do not remove yourself from the echos you have sent to me, the Bone Monster, for this event until after the event is finished. If you remove yourself from the echo and we check back, we won’t know which echo/submission was yours. Thank you!

lollobrigida; The amount of nuggets you receive is *3 your score, so both answers (max nugget payout, or max score) are counted as correct :)

Please keep in mind that if you’re using hints given by someone else, you should still double check these hints/answers yourselves. We had a series of Trivia submissions that all had exactly the same questions wrong (which pushed them close to the edge of not meeting minimum participation), probably due to the sharing of answers or the use of wrong hints. Some of the questions are hard, yes, but keep in mind that if you copy down someone else’s wrong answer, you’ve got it wrong, too! It might be worth the little bit of extra effort.

Mori; They are graded when I sit down & have time to grade :) That said, the only immediate feedback you get after grading is whether or not your submission meets the minimum requirement (so you can check it off & be aware of your progress towards the 8 out of 12 page mark). If we told players how many (or even which) they got correct, chances are they’ll copy their submission and let someone else hand it in. We’ve had this happen before, sadly, so that’s why the measure is in place :( As soon as the event closes, you’ll one way or another be able to find out which puzzle submissions you got 100% in & therefore, how many extra items you can choose.
